From a conference report in Ariadne:

It was asserted that online public access catalogues (OPACs) must be rapidly transformed from antiquated browsing interfaces with crude search tools useful only for locating specified materials into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing search tools which produce high-quality search results and aggregate similar resources, in a similar way to commercial book retailers.

Oh, really?

Just another reason why I won’t be driving by your place. But shockingly I believe that my area has more sex offenders than yours. Hey I’m no child so I don’t have to worry about them. Frankly you shouldn’t be worried about these people, there are other people you should be worried about. You know the drug dealers… I won’t lie to you, I did see some drug dealers in your area. How do I know they were drug dealers? Hmm lets see:n1) Exchanging a mysterious white substance for moneyn2) Carrying what appears to be a hangunn3) One of the person in question appears to be smoking a pipe, specifically a crack pipe
